Recently graduated environmental Geographer with an understanding of mutual, local and national
relations between human activities, climate change and natural resource management.
I have particularly worked with rural development in general, rural farming system management and natural resource management in which I have a specific interest. Further, I have, thoughout my studies, been much occupied with Greenland and the Arctic in the era of climate change; changing international politics and relations, geopolitics, mineral- and natural resource management ect. and have conducted fieldwork at Disko Island measuring CH4 fluxes and a report on social- and environmental impacts from extracting mineral resources in Kvanfjeldet. I have experience within the fields of human adaptation to climate change, environmental impact assessment (EIA), global environmental and natural processes, land use transitions and rural livelihoods.
