I obtained a master’s degree in Geomatics Engineering (Major: Remote Sensing). Environmental monitoring, change detection and disaster management applications have always been very fascinating to me throughout my studies. I have sound experience with using Geographical Information System (GIS) and Remote Sensing (RS), especially in Geodatabase construction and extraction of the land use changes. Currently I am studying as a PhD student as a collaboration between copenhagen university and Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland. The aim of this research is using hyperspectral data for mineral exploration in Greenland. My interest is mainly in automatic endmember selection and unmixing methodologies.
