Wildlife Survey, Western Germania Land, Summer 2017

15.03.2017
Research

Wildlife survey party seeking partners on a cost-sharing basis for field work in western Germania Land at 79°N in northeast Greenland. Goal is to establish the local distribution of terrestrial mammals (wolves, muskoxen, arctic foxes, etc.) and geese, including in areas along the ice cap rarely visited by humans. Seeking cooperation in the field and logistically with individuals with similar or other interests (biologists, geologists, glaciologists, archeologists, sports expeditions, etc.). Field-experience from northeast Greenland not essential but will be highly regarded.
